Yoga- 10 Benefits

Recently I read an article about 40 days of yoga and have been intrigued ever since. I have never been the most flexible especially out of my family and have always struggled with moving freely when it comes to stretching. Ever since reading the article I decided to try it out but instead of doing 40 days I do 6 days a week starting the day off with yoga. I didn't know whether I'd like it at first and if i struggle with things sometimes I just give up but I wanted to be positive about it and gave it a go. I love it! I think choosing to do yoga was one of the best decisions I've made. I've only been doing it for a month and increased my days up to 6 recently and I think it has had such a benefit on my life.

If you've never tried yoga I would definitely tell you to try it straight away, you'll soon see the benefits of it. I have definitely become more a relaxed and happier person and thats just after a month!
